We offer you an incredible experience with a night in a portaledge during an unforgettable big wall climbing adventure!
We will start our climb around 4:00 PM, tackling a carefully selected route that combines both technical challenges and stunning views. Our goal is to reach the bivouac before 8:00 PM, allowing you to experience the thrill of climbing as the sun sets. As we ascend, you'll have the opportunity to practice essential climbing techniques, such as placing gear, managing rope systems, and navigating vertical terrain, all under the guidance of experienced instructors.
As the sun sets, we will cook using our small stove, creating a cozy atmosphere for your suspended dining experience. This is a perfect time to reflect on the day's climbing and share stories with fellow adventurers.
Afterward, we will settle into the portaledge for a night in the heart of the stunning Gorges du Verdon, surrounded by breathtaking views and the beauty of nature. Sleeping in a portaledge offers a unique perspective of the cliffs and the stars above, making it an unforgettable experience for any climbing enthusiast.
You can expect to wake up between 7:00 and 8:00 AM to enjoy a delicious breakfast while watching the sunrise over the cliffs, recharging for the final leg of our climbing journey.
Once we tidy up the bivouac, we will complete the climb, reaching the summit between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. This ascent will allow you to apply the skills you've learned, as we navigate the remaining sections of the route together, making this a truly memorable climbing experience.
Please note that participants should have prior climbing experience and should not be afraid of heights
The price includes all necessary safety equipment, such as harnesses, helmets, and climbing gear, as well as bivouac gear (including down insulation if needed).
Meals and climbing shoes are not provided, so please bring your own.
