L'instant Verdon is a local union; a gathering of independent workers created in 2018. In 2025, a change occurs; Angèle Kanapa and Emma Aglaé take the reins of L'instant Verdon.

Emma, a native of Verdon, is passionate about acro-yoga and canyoning. She grew up in the Alpes de Haute Provence and played in the Gorges du Verdon. She will be delighted to take you to discover these magical places through activities she particularly enjoys.

Angèle has been practicing outdoor activities since childhood; climbing, caving, and canyoning. Having settled in La Palud Sur Verdon for several years, she will be enthusiastic about sharing her passions in remarkable locations.

Very sensitive to respecting nature, we wanted to share our playground with you while contributing to the best preservation of biodiversity in its ecosystem.

We offer canyoning, climbing, half-day, full-day, or workshop formats, as well as unusual evenings in the Gorges du Verdon.
Our mission is to share our experiences with you through a program of outdoor activities. We work with qualified and experienced professionals.
