Emma and Angèle recommend three activities to enjoy in the Verdon this spring with L’Instant Verdon.
Bas Jabron

Bas Jabron only flows in spring. It is a seasonal canyon that should absolutely be done before summer. This is the right moment to enjoy water that is relatively mild for the season and beautifully sculpted sections. Because of its unusual timing, it also remains less crowded.
You are also close to Trigance, a beautiful village with its Château du Soleil. The village site overlooks the Jabron valley and is listed among the remarkable sites mentioned on Wikipedia.
The dry canyon of Main-morte

With spring temperatures, canyon water can still be quite cold. The dry canyon of Main-morte is therefore a good way to combine adventure and nature without getting too wet. In April, better stay properly covered.
This outing is very exposed. You should not be afraid of heights, because the Verdon lies 100 meters below. You can also watch the rare footage of the canyon with water here: YouTube.
Top-rope climbing above the Carelle viewpoint

Top-rope climbing above the Carelle viewpoint takes place along the famous Route des Crêtes. Many visitors explore this road by electric bike with our partner VerdonEBike.
This activity is intended for climbers. If you are used to climbing indoors, go for it. All that is left is to put on a harness, a helmet, and climbing shoes. Once tied into the rope, your movements become smoother and more enjoyable, and you can experience that sense of flow. You may also spot the vultures.
